Sue's water broke at 4:30AM this morning. At 6:00AM she and Mike arrived at the hospital and where admitted and monitored till around 8:00AM. She was having major contractions and at 8:15AM she went into the operating room. She delivered c-section because one baby was feet first and the other was sideways. Once Owen made his appearance at 8:53am Mike passed out as well as a nurse. At 8:55am Caleb was born (just so everyone knows I was the one who suggested to Mike and Sue the name Caleb). Both babies are doing great. They were born at 35 weeks and Owen is 5lb 11oz and 19 inches long and Caleb is 4lb 10oz and 18 inches long. Both Sue and Mike are doing great and so excited for this new adventure.
Unfortunately Sue and Mike did not take me into consideration when they were planning out their lives because for the next month I won’t be able to see my new nephews. I told Sue she had to keep them cooking till November 13th so I could be home when they were born. She said she would try her best but I guess the little guys had other plans. I am so excited for Sue and Mike to start this new adventure in their lives; I hope that I can be there to share it with them (I also hope I don’t get on Mike’s “banned for the next 18 years” list).

Yay! Me too. And sorry, they already think I am the coolest Aunt alive. Maybe you can take the place of weirdest Aunit. That position is still open. Ha ha!
